I have significant experience in designing business strategies and implementing frameworks that drive organizational effectiveness. My expertise in strategic planning, goal and performance management has helped companies to align strategic objectives with individual goals, strengthening overall business performance.

  • At trivago, I was accountable for a budget of €240MM and the strategic development of 30 markets, leading a team of 30 talents. Among other achievements, I guided two teams through a merger that drove regional growth, resulting in a 185% YoY revenue increase.
  • At GLAMI, I implemented key initiatives such as OKRs and feedback process. This resulted in a 67% increase in goal completion, significantly improving company-wide productivity.

Agile Transformation, Change Management & Organizational Design

I have extensive experience leading large-scale transformations, especially through agile methodologies such as Scrum and design thinking.

  • I hold a Scrum certification and have successfully implemented agile frameworks that optimize team performance. For example at trivago, I led an agile transformation that significantly improved team dynamics and output. Within one quarter, my team launched six major initiatives, compared to just one per quarter previously.
  • I have worked in matrix organizations, international and diverse teams, remote teams, and fully decentralized teams. At trivago, I led teams through a merger, strategy shifts, and other significant changes. At GLAMI, I implemented company-wide changes in the reporting structure and successfully transitioned the team to a fully remote setup during the COVID pandemic, followed by a smooth shift to a hybrid model.
